Job Title: Account Manager

Position Overview: We have an excellent position for an experienced sales professional who wants to grow and thrive in a new fast growing company. We are a service oriented company, believe in team selling and developing long term relationships with our clients. The new entrant will be responsible for generating leads, closing the sale and maintaining long term relationships with accounts. Our salesfoce is fully supported by the engineering and marketing staff to ensure that the client receives a great experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process from developing leads to closing
• Perform product demos and make formal presentations
• Work with engineering in a team selling environment
• Work with channel partners to close joint deals
• Manage long term relationships with accounts
• Work with Marketing in trade shows and other marketing activities
• Some travel required
  

Experience and Skills Required

• Over 5 years in sales
• Track record of selling into manufacturing and engineering vertical
• Track record of selling to smaller companies
• Excel in working in a team environment
• Proficient in computer usage in a business environment
• College degree preferred

Job Title: Applications Engineer

Position Overview: We are looking an energetic self-starter to implement our document management services in manufacturing and engineering companies. This position requires a professional who can take on the full responsibility of ensuring that a new customer’s implementation is completely successful.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Document business requirements from clients
• Design the implementations and configure the system
• Develop and recommend best practices to clients
• Provide onsite and remote training for users
• Document the implementations
• Provide technical sales support
• Participate in marketing activities
• Provide second level customer support

Experience and Skills Required

• 2 to 4 years working in a manufacturing or related environment
• Highly proficient in computer usage in a business setting
• Excel in working in a team environment
• Experience with document management or PDM systems
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a customer facing position
• College degree required, graduate degree preferred
