Dr. Salman Mitha
Founder, President & CEO
Salman's range of experience covers delivering business content management solutions, running an engineering services business and performing cutting-edge R&D. He founded DeltaMatics to deliver the latest generation IT to businesses as a user-friendly, high-quality service.
Prior to starting DeltaMatics Salman was a Consulting Manager at Stellent, an enterprise-class content management software vendor based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. He was responsible for the deployment of enterprise-wide content management systems and ensuring their business success. During his tenure he successfully deployed multi-million dollar enterprise-wide implementation as well as departmental content management systems. He developed strategy, process and workflow for his clients and then ensured that they were captured in the software deployment.
His frontline management experience comes from Silicon Valley working for Charles Evans and Associates, an internationally recognized engineering services firm. He was responsible for P&L, international business, departmental operations and business development. He ran their largest department, doubled the business in Japan, remade marketing and pricing strategy and redesigned key e-business processes. During his tenure he also doubled the productivity of the business while cutting the turn-around time in half, all with out staff increase.
He has been a featured speaker at international technical conferences in Japan and the US. He has published extensively in international science and technology journals.

Majeed Almadan
Vice President of Engineering
 Majeed is the chief architect of the DeltaCabinet application. He brings to DeltaMatics over 10 years of technology experience and a deep knowledge of web-based content and document management systems. As the original architect of the Stellent's SmartCabinet technology, he is uniquely qualified lead DeltaMatics product development effort.
As the Director of R&D at Active IQ, he led the development of a web-based document management service for the Commercial Real Estate industry. This system is being successfully used and has been for over 3 years.
As a senior software engineer at TPD, he develoed a Java based tool to connect Stellent content management to a web-based supply chain application for the Packaging industry.
He also served as the content management architect on a Stellent based multi-million dollar distributor extranet for Microchip, a large semiconductor devices manufacturer.

Craig Johnson
Vice President of Marketing and Sales
Craig has served in marketing, product management and corporate development positions for the past 15 years. At ADC Telecommunications, he was the Vice President of Product Management, responsible for ADC's product lines during a period of rapid growth and strategic repositioning for the company. His role included engineering and change management processes and manufacturing forecasts.
At NCR Corporation, Craig was the Director of Product Management for communications products -- and previously the Director of Communications Architecture, responsible for technology strategy, advanced development, and the interoperability of NCR's product lines.
Craig has extensive experience in strategic planning, channel development, and the market introduction of new products. He is a partner with Sunrise Venture Partners LLC where has worked most recently with emerging, web-based subscriber services companies in the market research, health care, and financial services areas.

Sandra Ferrian
Vice President of Administration, General Counsel
 Sandra Ferrian has an extensive background with growing companies. She has over twenty years experience in the practice of law - consisting of over ten years in litigation and ten years working exclusively with businesses.
Sandra has been general counsel at several public and private companies, where she has consistently been a valued member of the management team at each company. Sandra has a strong business background with undergraduate degrees in management and marketing. Sandra brings a unique perspective to the development of the business in areas such as corporate governance, growth, human relations, commercial transactions and acquisitons, financing, protecting and managing intellectual property, and a wide range of general business and management experience. She is currently on the board of directors of two privately held companies.
Sandra has extensive experience with software development and licensing. She has worked with companies in the software business ranging from start ups to $50M in software licensing fees.
