Subscribing with DeltaMatics is easy. The application is delivered over the Internet from a fully managed hosting site. The zero-training interface, based on the commonplace "file cabinet" metaphor, is geared towards business users. Our goal is deliver a ready-for-use system in two weeks or less. All we require of you is your time to explain your needs to us. We do the rest.

DeltaMatics provides and fair and transparent pricing to our clients. Our pricing is based on a subscription fee, plus an initial setup fee. The subscription price is based on the number of seats and usage of storage.

The charges are for a COMPLETE service. There are no additional costs to our customers. There are no software or equipment purchases, no consultants or staff augmentation nor any need to divert resources from existing operations.

Initial implementation fee includes:

• Business analysis and needs determination
• Incorporating industry best practices
• DeltaCabinet configuration and setup
• Familiarizing users and training a user-administrator

 
The service charges include:

• DeltaCabinet application, database, and operating software usage
• Application management and maintenance
• Data Security and Backup
• Hosting infrastructure at a tier-one data center
• Continuous Worldwide availability*
• Phone and e-mail support
• DeltaCabinet updates (excluding new modules, which may be priced separately)

A complete system is available for a first year total cost of only $14,500. The fee structure is summarized below.
